Anthem RC Adding Flyhalf Tom Pittman for 2026 and 2027 MLR Season
Anthem RC are excited to announce the signing of promising USA Eligible Fly-Half, Tom Pittman for the 2026 and 2027 MLR Season.
Pittman was recently named in the USA Eagles Extended Player Squad for the summer internationals vs. Belgium and Spain as well as the World Cup Qualifier vs. Canada in August.
Pittman has had a successful career thus far winning the RFU Championship Jersey Reds in 2023 before joining Cornish Pirates. Most recently, Pittman has been playing for C’Chartres in France.
“After speaking with team representatives about the project and environment at Anthem, this decision was a no brainer for me,” shared Pittman. “I can’t wait to get over to Charlotte, meet the players, staff, supporters and contribute on and off the pitch for the coming seasons. I’ve been keenly watching the league from afar and to have the opportunity to be involved next year is awesome. I’m looking forward to seeing how far my game can go along the way.”
“We are extremely excited to be bringing in another USA eligible player of Tom’s quality for the next two seasons”, said Mark Carney, Anthem RC General Manager. “Tom has proven experience in quality competitions, and will provide excellent leadership and direction for the team for the coming years. We are looking forward to continuing to develop the next crop of USA Eagle players, and know Tom will fit right into our environment.”
